Security)给发了一个tentative nonconfirmation notice。说是immigrant
information或者是SSN有问题。我这两个都没有什么问题。就是四月的时候转过一次H1
。两次transfer的gap加在一起有个20天左右。
DHS会给一个contest的机会。需要在notice发出之后的八个工作日之内完成。contest
不过的话，就是final notice。如果收到final notice，雇主需要马上解雇我。
还没联系上律师。在网上查了一下，应该是DHS系统里的我的信息跟我自己提交的不
match。
想问下版上有同学有类似经验么？是怎么解决的？ |

现在离公示结束还有20来天，至今只有10多个留言，还都是老印。大家对USCIS的EB1B
新标准有什么建议，都可以去提。新标准的精神应该是放宽，但具体应该怎么改貌似政
府也不是很清楚。

背景：5月12日，DHS公布了一个新的Proposal，要调整EB1B的标准（貌似是降低），以

首先DHS部长听证会就要搞N久。而且肯定会先搞非法移民的法案。这个里面的DACA部分
是附属的，只要DACA/DAPA被搞掉，其中关于DACA EAD自然就不适用了。按照DHS的解释
，DACA的都是非法身份，但是依据prosecutorial discretion暂不追究，跟合法移民有
差别。
要取消这个条例，共和党有三条路。
1. DHS取消条例。这个跟制定条例一样，要走公示流程，也是要花个一年半载。
2. 国会通过Congress Review Act，只要简单多数。但是要一条一条投，一时半会也轮
不上这个。共和党的着重点明显是非法移民和环境监管条例之类的。
3. 修订CRA，可以一次性投票就把O8的lame duck期条例全部推翻。这个需要参议院60
票，需要跟民主党作利益交换，估计到时也只会挑出一些条例来否决。这个新条例里面
关于J表的内容，和关于取消EAD processing 90天期限的内容，明显看得出来就是给
USCIS和移民律所量身订做，好让人家挣得盆满钵满。所以等到利益交换的时候，
lobbyist自然会跳出来服务金主。 |

现在的乒乓套胶市场上，比较直观的有两大技术参数，也就是：厚度和硬度。
厚度的标准市场上比较统一都是国际度量标准mm。
而硬度的标准就分两类了：一个是729的邵氏W，还有就是DHS的邵氏A。
这两种硬度计的主要区别在于：
邵氏W：主要用于用于测定含有发泡剂制成的橡胶、塑料微孔材料硬度。
精确程度：±1度
测量厚度：10±0.5mm
由于此硬度压针直径为5mm，所以测试海绵这类相对于硬度不均匀的产品来说，受力面广
，精确度较高，而其测试的数值也较“邵氏A”大。
邵氏A：适用于橡胶、塑料等科研单位、橡胶塑料制品的生产单位，能准确测出橡胶塑料
标准试片的标准硬度
精确程度：±1度
测量厚度：6±0.5mm
此硬度计锥端直径只有0.8mm，其受力面小，要精确测试就要多次，在一块产品上选多个
点，进行测试，得出平均值.
729与DHS基本换算明晰如下：
729 硬度范围为：反胶 40~48度 正胶35~40度
分为中软 中硬两种
反胶：
中软相当与40~44度之间
中硬相当于44~48度之间
DHS硬度范围为：反胶38~41度4个等级
