想多交点钱求个安心。期间很少看病所以很少和他们打交道
直到去年10月份踢球伤了韧带，医生让我做了MRI检查，同时开了一副knee brace
然后恶心的事情就来了：
blue cross去年12月写信给我拒付knee brace（$100左右），当时想想也就$100不想麻
烦，自己就把这钱付给诊所了
今天又收到Blue Cross的信，说拒付MRI的钱，说什么MRI is not medically
necessary，让我自己付钱，或者证明这个MRI是necessary的。 MMD，我怎么证明MRI是
必须的，分明就是想赖帐。
想想受伤当天，我膝盖剧痛，但是没上emergency room就是怕Blue Cross不付那个钱，
找了个老远的医生就是因为他当天看。 没想到Blue Cross连正常的诊费都不想付
今年一月份医生还要我去做physical therapy，因为太忙没去作。 想想如果做了blue
cross只怕也要拒付

次的800米考试那简直就是噩梦一般的存在，以至于去年肚皮娘听说肚皮学校有一个
cross country的俱乐部，只问了一句是跑步的就断然没有再去理会。
没想到去年某一天肚皮娘去接娃的时候，突然发现学校周围热闹的好像菜市场，一打听
原来是cross country在练习，小朋友大人再加上打酱油的小baby，好跟风的肚皮娘立
马觉得原来自己居然错过了这么好玩的一件事。
于是今年，肚皮娘跟肚皮几个要好小朋友的家长商量好了，一起给娃们报了cross
country。
第一次校内practice，正赶上秋老虎肆虐，肚皮娘这个担心啊，“肚肚，咱们今天下午
跑步别太卖力了，慢慢跑就行。”“那怎么行呢，我一定要跑在Ryan和Andy前面。”啊
呀呀怎么才能让孩子明白友谊第一比赛第二这么珍贵的道理啊。
练习结束肚皮娘问肚皮跑的怎么样，肚皮小胸脯一挺说，我今天围着学校跑了7圈！肚
皮娘立刻就星星眼了，7圈啊，那可是hll的两千米，你娘我这辈子都没有跑过这么远的
距离~~~肚皮说，有小朋友跑了8圈呢，我下次也要跑8圈。

running forehand cross court，对方回球的角度基本都是向着你来的”
这点就不对了。为啥别人不会打running forehand down the line回到
你的反手侧（尤其是遇到偶这种根本不会打cross court的）？其实running
cross court比down the line更需要发力，容易导致重心向场外甩，归位
更不容易。只不过cross court飞行时间长，所以归位时间上更充裕。
所以偶认为像那个FL老头说的那样，这种球要么go for the winner
(down the line fast ball), 要么buy time (cross court slow ball).

击姿态。但是很多时候打running forehand时都是在很难受的情况下，也就是你在
defensive时。这时的原则是一定要打cross court。如果打直线，对方会很容易打你的
cross court到你反手，这时你人基本已经到最右边了，几乎肯定没办法跑回你的反手
。相反，如果你一开始打running forehand cross court，对方回球的角度基本都是向
着你来的，你能救到球队几率会大的多。大家拿纸画画就明白了。打cross court还有
个好处是球在空中飞行时间长，给自己回位的时间也长一些，特别是深而高跳的上旋球。
running forehand总结：
1. 在你提前跑到位，有把握时，打down the line winner
2. 在狂奔救球时，玩命刷尽量深而高跳的cross court上旋球 |

断是常态。
分析原因：拉上旋的时候main来回跑是肯定的，我的main被锯出了槽。但是cross的表
面被破坏以后，一旦出现比较深的槽，main嵌进去，使劲拉上几百次，很容易有一次
cross被劈开削掉一半。于是就是cross的一节变成原来一半粗。
估计有点structure硬poly，这是主要的断法。 |

起始条件是：三个蛋白，蛋白C KO，蛋白S overexpression, 蛋白R point mutation
Knock in.
我杂交了 male （C het，S overexpression） 和female （R homo）。
现在第二代开始得到我想要的 Cnull, S overexprssion, R homo.
但是我的这些老鼠的genetic background很不一样，我拿到的 breeder male就是很
mixed 的背景，据说主要是FVB/N, 那个breeder female好点，是C57BL/6, 所以这后代
也杂得很厉害。back cross回去，耗时间太久，请教老鼠达人们我不back cross 老鼠

，可以Waive Credit Card Transaction Fee的，比如以前南亚海啸时，American
Express就干过，MasterCard也同意过。American Red Cross在Negotiate这些Deal时的
手腕更高一些，因为它是Four Star Non-profit Charity。这次也许它能在商讨减低处

第一时间买了这个游戏，bundle版，经历了从期待到想出掉，
再到必须留下的过程。下面简单说一下。
Animal crossing是个特别成功的系列，上一个release叫New Leaf，也是我
第一次接触这个游戏。一个看上去很幼齿的游戏，销售量当时居然一度榜上第一
（Global Total as of 01st Aug 2015 (units): 7.99m）。 所以我就
买了个试试。后来玩了很长一段时间。感觉是个玩起来很温馨的游戏，玩的时候不需要
太多时间（跟现实时间绑定，你想晚上熬夜玩也没得玩），但是每天都会吸引你去做点
什么，积累起来很有成就感。
因为这个良好印象，我没看测评就去买最新的这个Happy home designer游戏了。

多，
本来就不容易organize，有cross wind的时候就更难
一但有strong的break away, 几秒中内没反应过来或者位置靠后，
就很难cross over, 因为前面的break away很有默契，以team time trial 的方式拼命
在骑
后面则一片混乱，七零八落
没风的时候，大部队无论是在aero-dynamic还是人力上都占优势，
平路上几分钟的gap, 大部队只要有两个队诚心要追，基本上不会追不上 |

training，反而因为踢球跑动当中变化方向的动作是非常伤害身体的，几乎起到cross
training完全相反的作用。

Wilson NXT as cross, now planning to find an alternative of NXT.
This hybrid does give me a good feel, not as hard as all polyester maind and
cross.
I've tried all miltifilament as main, polyester as cross yet. |

（说的是main poly cross soft的组合）
主要起作用的还是main
但是我最近用绑线机带的线，最后这根真的感觉很差很差，比之前几条手感差很远啊
大家说说这种组合cross作用究竟多大？ |
