主要我对轮子没有概念，只知道shimano和zipp，
而shimano的高端都是tubular。
我更倾向clincher，但不知道如何选择 |

发帖数: 1992 | 14 我也没用过几套轮子。不过我觉得还是看新轮子干什么用。
如果是roadie training ride，当然是clincher，rim不超过50mm吧。有米无所谓可以
上碳的，便宜点的就用铝的可以了，保养也省心。要比赛出成绩的，TT的话deep rim,
tubular都可以上。flat了保姆车，或者就算交学费了。
我现在自己用一个二手的powertap wheel， williams 30x，死沉，铝的，不过基本不
用保养。至于比赛，我已经够慢了，不在乎慢多那一两分钟，呵呵。 |

shimano c35 硬跟風阻數據顯示跟zipp 101差不多
tubular 比較輕而且因為比較大的psi所以比較不容易爆胎(高壓比較容易在東西刺近來
之前就把他彈走了)缺點來說就是比較貴(管胎目前最快的就是v牌拉)
clincher 其實是最快的胎(比tubeless 跟tubular都還要好的Rolling resistance)
不管你多快多慢低風阻都會幫助你在任何情況下.你快當然低風阻會幫助你.你慢所以你
在賽場上的時間更長.低風阻也會更省力.(我剛開始玩車時幾乎每個人都跟我說因為
deep rim比較重.所以要在速度25km+ /hr 才會產生慣性讓deep rim真的產生作用.低於
這速度因為rim比較重所以反而比較慢.至少現在我有的數據下這觀點是不成立的)
tubeless (非常難搞不建議)
版輪是唯一輪子會幫助前進的.其他只是比較起來比較省力.
uci把前輪ban掉.是因為前輪比較有影響.如果你能控制到越深的rim你就能越快(其實如

甚至不涂胶都可以....而且因为管胎气压高， 所以更不容易爆，
所以其实tubular综合考虑还是比clincher好？
如果用胶的话，需要等胶干了再骑么，如果在比赛的时候换胎.... |

5月4日的多马撞墙后开始恢复骑车上下班，这算是我的骑车训练。P5装了ZIPP 808和
tubular管胎半年了还没有骑过，所以跟两年前的Welland半马很像，也是比赛上来试新
玩具（轮组），希望两年前的杯具不再重演。
跑步主要靠冬天备战多马的训练，多马后的三周每周只跑了一次7公里10公里什么的，
前两周每周跑两次三次，没有什么特别有质量的训练，也就是跑步上下班这种维持性的
easy run。
游泳自从老三出来后就停了，两周前才开始恢复游开水，一周前开始回游泳池。赛前两
个周末去Lake Wilcox，发现穿LAVA PANTS比穿full wetsuit快，最后一次开水2公里只
用了40分钟多一点儿，所以决定比赛穿LAVA PANTS。
