caucus:有大概三、五、七个O-fan、马甲在complain版反复折腾，类似caucus，光看
complain版那些投诉贴，好似反对版主的人不少。一个个一副义正词严的道貌岸然嘴脸
。用得逻辑就是类似“你不选Obama就是种族歧视，就是看不起黑人！”宁不知世界上
尚有羞耻二字。
Primary：看现在本版的签名贴的回复人数，就是沉默的大多数的意见。

统候选人。
这是美国大选正式开始的标志。什么是Caucus党团会议? 为什么有的州举行党团会议，
有的州举行初选Primary呢?
Caucus这个词在字典里有几种解释，最接近总统大选的是“某个政党的地方成员举行会
议，推举党内参加代表大会的成员或者指定竞选公职的候选人”。
*爱奥华州: 1774个党团会议地点*
所以党团会议和我们一般理解的投票选举不一样，参加的人必须聚集在某个地点。任何
人都可以站起来发言支持某位候选人。所以竞选活动是党团会议的一个重要部分，所以
在党团会议期间，候选人应该尽量派遣大量人员到各个党团会议地点进行游说。
任何登记为政党成员的选民都可以参加党团会议。比如在第一个举行党团会议的爱奥华
州99个县共有1774个党团会议集会地点。这些集会地点可以是教会、学校、社区中心等

然后呢，Iowa有4个众议员，每个众议员对应一个选区，每个选区这次算3个delegate，
这样一共12票
不隶属任何选区的，还有15票。全国每个州都是起码10张票。如果以前州内GOP选举搞
得好，选了不少GOP的人上去，就有bonus。iowa这次bonus有5张票。

全国有多少张票呢？很简单。50个州，每个州3张党组织代表，150票了。

不能说所有o-fan都具有以下特征，这不公正。但颇有几个的确是这样的：
他们只有几个，在一起发贴没人看，互相顶贴是很寂寞的。所以他们的行为渐渐变成这
