远离大城市，缺少中国店的地方蔬菜选择可能更少。
不过绿色蔬菜对健康和健身都很重要，
大家一起谈谈常见的美国蔬菜的作法吧。
先抛砖引玉说下brussels sprouts，就是大家说的mini包菜。
这个菜吃口有点苦，可能不少同学不是很习惯。
不过有点苦味的蔬菜一般营养价值都非常高。
就brussels sprouts来说，比较有价值的营养包括
Vitamin K，A，B1，B6，叶酸，核黄素，钾，蛋白质等等。
1 cup brussels sprouts就有3g protein，
对比之下一个鸡蛋也就6g蛋白质，而如果你只吃蛋清，那也就3g。
brussels sprouts买的时候要挑结构致密，包得紧的，
个头不要太大，不然可能比较老。
常见的比较简单易行的做法主要两类，roast的和炒的。
roast的说一个Roasted Brussels Sprouts w/ Balsamic Vinegar
烤箱预热375F
把brussels sprouts处理一下，去掉最外面不好的叶子，
然后cut成两半，放到容器里，

Ingredient:
6片 chopped porkloin (or pork chop)
3个Macintosh 苹果
一盒brussle
一把gold French potato （一个大Idaho土豆切块代替也可）
3根胡萝卜
黑胡椒，parsley flakes，淀粉，cinnamon，vodka，葱，生抽，糖，盐，油。
步骤：
porkloin每片一分为二，出去多余的脂肪和筋膜。葱末、parsley、盐、生抽、vodka与
肉拌匀，放在一边等着入味。然后烧水准备Brussels等sidedish。
怎么处理Brussels呢？要把外层的黄叶摘掉，冲洗掉泥沙，从根部切个X形刀法。土豆
洗净，也是同样一个切成4快。胡萝卜切滚刀块就行。
热锅冷油，到油6成热的时候撒parsley和黑胡椒，逐一放肉片，平铺在锅底。火候减到
中小火。等到肉片的侧面2/3变白就可以翻面了。翻面以后撒第二遍盐，再放一次
parsley，盖上锅盖，继续中小火煎至全熟。约4分钟关火，余热让肉的香味和汁水都留

的，在被敲诈了30 Euro之后的第二天，我又坐taxi,那条路我坐过，所以知道是多少钱
，一般来说9欧就够了，这次司机带着走了不同的路线，结果快13欧，一路上还不停的
问我是不是新来这个城市的，我说不是，即便如此，还是被敲诈了。那个green的taxi
公司，讹诈的司机比较多。
这个城市给我留下了极其恶劣的印象，本来也不咋的，没啥好玩儿的，城市建筑很一般
，房子这里一处，那里一堆，看起来乱七八糟的，而且老房子老的不能说了，墙面上都
是到处脏兮兮的，在老房子旁边，或许能看到一栋现代大楼，呵呵，不喜欢brussels，
很恶心的一个地方。我们办公室有个爱尔兰女的，但是她一直都在brussels长大读书的
，这个女人就是很恶，打小报告，偷偷摸摸的，忌妒心超强，自恋，道貌岸然，要求别

小圆白菜很好吃。只要你炒好了。基本原则：放点儿肉片。炒一下。加一丁点儿水。
盖盖子焖5-10分钟。软了就好吃了。的确是加番茄酱一类的酸的调味，比较好吃。

发帖数: 2427 | 29 推荐几个比较喜欢的大众蔬菜。没太在意过是否是季节菜，也没计算过营养成分，反正
绿色蔬菜都不错。除了 brussels sprouts外，我还喜欢吃 artichoke, avocado, kale
，当然最喜欢的还是中国菜。
Artichoke：先用剪刀剪去有刺的和老的部分叶片，洗净后放到水里蒸。大概25-45分钟
不等，看大小。直到外面的叶片很容易撕下来，就表示熟了。
先从包裹在最外面的叶片开始吃每片靠近根部的部分，刚开始的叶片几乎都很老，没法
吃，越里面的叶片能吃的部分越多，比较嫩，清香好吃，可以随便蘸喜欢的调料。叶片
撕完后，就剩下小毛刺包裹的茎头，拿勺子把刺全部去掉，剩下的那个碗状茎头是我认
为的精华，非常软嫩可口。
Avacado：每次图省事的时候都是把皮拨开，直接划成小瓣，当成凉菜来拌，随便啥调
料。也见过一个大厨，很细心的把核挑出来，剩下的果肉切成小圆片，还配上叶子菜和
蘸料，好看又好吃。
也可以搅碎来做 guacamole。
Kale：这个我纯粹是当成中国菜来处理的，先加点油炒一下，然后盖上蒸个十来分钟。

准备材料，买齐所需的香料后，终于在圣诞节能够烤这个非常非常美味的香料烤
鸡了。

我觉得，材料里的那几种香料是不能缺的，用中式香料代替了的话也做不出
这个烤鸡的特点。所以，虽然其中的coriander和cardamom不便宜，但还是买了。
另外，我在烤鸡的下面垫了些brussels sprouts和三色土豆，简单一锅烤了。
家里没有那么大的烤盘，只能用一次性的了。
还有就是，我是提前一天23号就把香料都抹在了鸡上，然后放冰箱，24号直
接取出来稍回温后开始烤。
下面说一下我的步骤吧：
材料：1、整鸡一只（挑了个最小的，正好4磅）

Wednesday to stop piling pressure on Beijing to revalue its currency, saying
a rapid shift could unleash disastrous social turmoil.
Wen told an EU-China business forum in Brussels that China would implement a
reform of its currency regime announced in June, making the exchange rate
more flexible, but rebuffed calls from EU leaders for a rapid and

Brussels - China has offered to evacuate 500 European Union citizens from
Libya on a ship it has in the area, officials in Brussels said Thursday.
An estimated 5,000-6,000 EU citizens are thought to be currently stuck in
