标 题: 求助：boscov说用gc买涉及fraud，扣了钱不还。。。怎么办

事情是这样的。。。在版上和两个朋友买了一些boscov gc，然后打电话合并。。。
在下单以前电话check balance是对的。。。下单后第二天账户被suspend，打电话去问
说涉及fraud。。。
boscov fraud department的客服态度特差，说他们不会还钱。。。说gc是哪里来的就
去哪里complain
现在该怎么办？
能不能报警找警察？还是bbb？ |
