an int. to new positioned strong-safety Kurt Coleman. Coleman's move will
put loads of pressure on returning starter Jamario O'Neal. Chris Wells did
not play...he will be sitting out about 2 more weeks of contact because of
an ankle sprain. Coleman was previously a corner. Maurice Wells had a 50yard
td run. The coaches seemed pleased overall. The defensive tackle battle is

Wisconsin如果不是那个Punter自己发晕搞了第二个fake punt，结果不会象现在的分差
那么大；Wisc第四节明显有崩溃迹象，一方面是有点被OSU wear out, 另一方面比分落
后队员有些panic, 几个明显容易的pass都drop了。
OSU的D还是比较solid; 不过如果PJ Hills能上，情况恐怕大不一样。鹿死谁手还未可
知。
Wisc的DL对OSU OL施加的压力是OSU这赛季以来所有对手中最大的，不知道是不是和传
说中Wisc lineman的吨位有关；另外 Wisc CB也不错，OSU WR机会很少, 两个原因加一
起导致Boeckman很少有机会，而且多次仓促出手，还好没有被intercept。
这场胜利Beanie居功至伟；Boeckman虽然pass比较差，但多次scramble拿到了几个关键
的first down, 虽然板上有人说他表现很烂，我倒觉得他表现不错，至少可用solid来
形容，
可以打70到80分。不过有点奇怪这几场比赛Sainte好像一直没什么表现。

就像比赛中间零星灌水里说的, 他的这个双QB系统彻底演砸了, 否则OSU不至于连个TD都score不了. JT这么变打法也许是因为
C. Wells的缺阵,逼他一搏, 而且USC似乎也没有对付摩步QB没太好的办法, 等等. 但是 JT调教出来的OSU从来就不是一支靠怪
招能起到奇效的队伍.
上半场头两三次drive, OSU的进攻还像那么回事, 靠着dinky-dunky一路推进到USC10码线以内, 也许是裁判帮忙,也许是自己
队员的错误, 连连被罚, 就收获了一个field goal.士气在这里大打折扣,一个drive, 上个play还是Boeckman, 下个就换Pryor, 越
搞越乱. 两个QB都根本没机会进入状态, 自己的OL, WR, RB们也不知所措, 全面失控. 防守靠passion, 进攻靠execution, 没进

So I'm not too worried about the D.
Offense:
QB:
Replacing TS would be hard.
We would look for a smart mistake-free QB in Boeckman or
a dynamic playmaker in Henten.
Neither of them will be TS, if whoever wins the job can perform
close to Colt McCoy's performance this year. It will be a blessing.
RB:
Beanie Wells is more than capable of replacing Pitt.
But backup would be a large question mark, especially if Mo Wells leave.

I mean players are playing hard, but they don't have that
kind of 'I'll beat/kill you' attitude.
2. Todd Boeckman makes good decisions and throws. But I don't
think he is the next Krenzel altho he is a better thrower.
Hope he proves me wrong.
3. JT显然在尝试不同的组合。不同于一般的第一梯队，第二梯队，
第三梯队这种换人，更多的是在某些关键位置换上一些新人，看这些人的表现。
4. Best play: Brandon Saine那个不算的TD run.
5. Henton上场了。我对他的期望比较高。目前仍了两个，both on target. |

Buckeyes return 20 starters, so experience wise looking good.
Talent方面，recruiting比起USC还差一些，好在JT培养球员方面还不错，
比如我们的四个team captains: JL, Todd Boeckman, Brian Robiskie和Malcolm
Jenkins都是3*或以下。Robo只是2*。
说起talent，经常有人忽视新生，其实新生很重要，比如06年的gators。
buckeyes今年的recruiting很不错，几乎个个位置都有高水平的recruit
（后面我会详细讲），所以这方面也不差。
Coaching在大的方面问题不大，JT has great leadership and the team has
great chemistry。唯一的问题就是NC game中的play calling还有待改进。 |

QB: starter Todd Boeckman, Super freshman Terelle Pryor
TB throw for over 2000 yds with 25 TDs. But his performance in the
last three games worries people。16 INTs last season needs to go down as
well.
总体来说属于solid performer。如果他能够减少失误，进攻最大的问题就算解决了。
TP will play。很多人说像TT第一年那样用TP，但是06年的gators没有running game,
所以差不多不得不用TT，buckeyes有heisman candidate Beanie Wells，
没那么desparate。 ^_^
RB: Starter Beanie Wells, Brandon Saine, Maurice Wells, Dan Herron
Beanie去年跑了1600+，是今年的heisman热门之一。

Boeckman就没法扔球。如果没有beanie就难说了。
换carr估计大多数人没意见。
RR搞成这个样子估计就是很多人没预见到的了。

start Miller based on the fact that he replaced Boeckman with TP.
and also he probably wouldn't have forgetten to use 3 timeouts or just gave
up like that at the end of the game. |
