airborne system (UAS) successfully completed its first flight April 27 at
NASA's Dryden Flight Research Center at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif.

Boeing Co. plans to lay off employees as it scales back its workforce on its
747 and 787 airplane programs.
According to Boeing, the reduction of 800 machinist jobs is part of a long-

Boeing确差点赢了他（打满5局），以前还觉得大母体放水给Boeing，现在越来越觉得
是实力体现(不然也不敢发狠话让2分)。另外Boeing动不动还赢公司2000+的女剑宗。感
觉可以下这样一个结论：Boeing有1900左右（至少1800+）的水平。
Boeing也打了不少离歌，却Rating总上不了1500，是不是反差也太大了一点。他输的对
手不乏1500-的小剑宗和江湖球油子，如果归结接发球环节，JK和WMTT的发球都很鬼。
另外，剑宗是打实力球，也不该有太大起伏，怎么也像气宗遇强不弱，遇弱不强呢？ |

care plan is not good, $1000+ deductible for him alone per year. So I add

问题1：不要用什么radio。radio根本是模拟信号，传输距离有限，而且没有加密。飞
到大洋上去，怎么通讯呢？
改善方案：每架飞机应该有一个卫星电话，地面可以随时打上去；甚至可以强行（比如
在公司较高级别的authorization之后）接通收听cockpit的语音环境；而不是让
cockpit想turn off就turn off。
问题2：ACARS可以人工turn off
改善方案：GPS应该不间断，发到地面server；

were operating flights on this plane have had to cancel thousands of them
because they can’t fly the aircraft unless regulators give the all-clear.
