这个Blue cross blue shield （BCBS）Association 太大了。打了许多电话，一个信
息都没有得到。大到混乱的成都。也查了 BCBS， 均无果。
我在Univ of Hawaii,学校给买的 HMSA的保险。说，HMSA在 BCBS里，这样我到了本土
也可以得到医疗保险，而不比换保险公司。原来我的保险是Kaiser Permanente提供的，质量和效率非常高。
之所以，这样急着找到医生，是因为老婆肚子里 fetus上周被检查出心率不齐。
两位的关键意思是： 要看医生是不是在BCBS里，什么？

blue lake拍的照片整理出来晒晒。十月初我冒着government shut down 的风险还是去
了north cascade national forest. 凌晨3点钟起床，从西雅图出发开了3个小时的车
，到了maple pass 的时候天刚亮。去之前的几天下了好几场大雪，把山上的路全封了
，只能走到Ann Lake就不见人类的足迹。再说那种绝对宁静的美也可以是很吓人的。所
以走了整个loop 的三分之一就往回走，然后决定去看看旁边的blue lake. blue lake
的路况相对就好多了，虽然整个trail 全被两尺上的雪覆盖，但是前有古人后有来者，
心里的低气足了很多。下面就是当天所拍摄的景象。 |

有一次我已经hook了一只blue拉了一半主线断掉了，应该不是拉断的，因为杆子上没觉
得拉力很大，应该是被咬断的。我用的leader应该是strong enough了，可为什么主线
会被咬断？它不会是把整个leader都吞了吧，还是在它挣扎的时候咬到了主线呢。想问
一下有经验的人，因为掉striper bass时应该也会经常碰到blue，要用什么办法对付它
们的伶牙俐齿呢？

钓，所以明天改去那里，5:30 am 从Ellicott City出发。钓小鱼， white perch,
spot, maybe croaker, 还可以带两个人，如果想同去，请8 pm 前给我站内信和联系电

上次钓sea bass bycatch a big blue fish，烤了我们家都不爱吃，正好有朋友在还喜
欢就都让带走了。后来18小时钓Giant Sea Bass上的 blue fish就都放回去了。也是最
近看榜上说熏鱼还可以的。这次想去钓，主要是好久没有出海上鱼的感觉了，blue
fish 力气大也多。Fluke是很好吃，但我觉得比较难钓。Sea bass NJ好像暂时close了
，MD今年钓的一般？各位有没有Baltimore 附近party boat的建议，太想去拉拉海鱼了
。

了。到了Jetty，看到有人中鱼，好现象。看看水已经退了，水位比较低。Jetty头上的
位置已经挤了几个人，就找了个位子用Bucktail。一会儿就中了一个小Blue，２０寸。
加上退潮的时候得水流，拉起来很是过瘾。共拉上七条，都在２０到２５寸，最后铁片
尾上的毛全掉光了。Jetty头上的人回去的时候，有个人拿了两条大的Blue，估计有２８ |

我在两个地方用过，煎牛排的时候最后撒点crumbled blue cheese做topping，但是一
点点而已，和牛肉味道还满好。
还用它做过blue cheese cracker，但是烘烤的时候味道简直熏天臭，吃起来真是别有
风味，做法就和一般的cookie 一样，不过它代替部分butter ，但是绝对不是减肥众人
该吃的。
还有经常，有那种鸡肉里面卷cheese的那种，可以用blue cheese来，但是每有试验过，可以去google 下recipe。
不过，既然减肥，我以上方法都不如，扔了。。。。 |

Allen上都是AGS的证书，而且有Hearts & Arrows的评级。他家的钻石类似的等级好像
和BlueNile价钱差不多，有时候甚至比Blue Nile便宜些。但是他家的照片和setting的
做工好像都比Blue Nile好些，选择也多些，但是setting的价钱好像贵些。

另外其实blues的词也都是很直白的，一般就是前两句重复，最后在第8到12小节
