量致癌的塑料固化剂双酚A（Bisphenol A ，简称BPA）。
美国乳癌基金会对数十种儿童罐头进行化验后，发现所有罐头所含的塑料固化剂双
酚A都超标，其中以金宝汤公司（Campbell）旗下的“迪士尼公主”（Disney Princess
）和“玩具总动员”（Toy Story）罐头含量最高。
双酚A是一种化工原料和有机化合物，它是生产环氧树脂的关键单体，更是聚碳酸
酯塑料最常用的原料。聚碳酸酯塑料是一种透明且不易碎的材料，常被用于生产各种水
瓶，而环氧树脂则几乎被用于所有食品与罐装饮料包装的内层涂料。
至今，已有不少研究显示，双酚A可能造成癌症和其他病症。今年较早时候，欧盟
禁止双酚A用于生产婴儿奶瓶，加拿大则早在去年就已将双酚A列为有毒物质，并禁止该
物质用于生产婴儿食品容器。
美国乳癌基金会经理索尔特告诉法新社：“我们非常关注双酚A，它能干扰人们脆
弱的内分泌系统。推销给儿童食用的罐头食品确实含有有毒物质，这种物质理应不该出
现在食品中。”
