If you don't bid, partner can hardly reopen. 2D is usually safe and you
do have many playing tricks in 2D. The basic idea of bidding over 1NT
overcall is to find some playable two level contracts when weak and double
them when strong. |

holds 12-15 and only bid 2D, he has made a mistake. I am really tired

hand is between 2D and 3D, I won't argue against either choice.
Now partner bids 2H. One point that some people seem missed is that, 2H
shows extra value, 15 to bad 18. Why? Because my 2D denies 5 hearts (
otherwise I will bid 2H instead of 2D, knowing we have 5-3 fit), then with
minimum hand, why would partner bid 2H to insist 4-3 fit instead of 8 or 9-
card diamond fit? It is just illogical.

but 4m just doesn't pay off much.
After 3S, 4C shows 5 clubs, 4D is a catch all bid, no other choices,
for hands like:

of common sense. But, who knows, maybe sense is never common. Here, after 3S,
if partner rebid cheaply, s/he should keep in mind that you could pass.
It makes sense to have the cheapest bid as the "kick-the-ball-back" bid, I
cannot see how it makes sense otherwise. So, 4C doesn't promise extra length,
4D does.
after 4C, I'd bid 4D. some would want to ask: "is it forcing?", my anwser

knew p was going to bid 2h... My later bids especially 3nt certainly added
to the wrongs. Opp might not double 3s, but would very likely double 4s. I
guess overcall of 2d is best, then follow up with 2nt if p responds 2s. |

我老盯着gunbroker有一段时间了。当初主要是想买norinco sks，买到之后（BSO一下
啊，我老的D 版norinco sks， all# matching, one 30 magazine+10 magazine, 8,9
成新 245+25shipping）也一直在关注norinco sks行情。期间也发现不少好的deal并在

现在有些心得和大家分享一下哈
1.尽量不要去bid feature的，多翻几页，bid普通的
feature太吸引眼球了，好东西都价格太高。只有一种可能去看feature，就是用buy it
now。 一般注意看看新列的东西有啥好的，buy it now价格合适就出手。
2.不要花太多时间在3天之后结束的

我知道一般情况下如果我直接从那些租车公司的网站上租的话，
我的信用卡可以提供一定额度的保险（像visa或者Amex之类的），
然后我自己的保险也可以cover一部分。
不过我看了一下priceline bid的情况，好象是我用我的信用卡
付钱给了priceline,然后priceline用他们的信用卡付钱给了租车公司，
（反正在priceline上bid旅馆应该是这种情况），
不知道这样的话我的信用卡还能cover我租车的一部分保险么？
还是说我必须要买租车公司的保险了？谢谢 |

扣钱了

我也是参考前人攻略，说$52 bid到6月初的同个旅馆
据说离地铁站10分钟距离，位置还可以了
你可以再试试价格$48-52之间的。

错，可是我试了几次$75都没成（forum上一般都是这个价钱）。我们有大人和小孩，想
着贵点的hotel就要一个房间，便宜点的就2个房间。
后来在版上看到有人推荐说附近的Secaucus也比较方便，而且biddingfortravel上列出
来的2星旅馆也还可以，就降到2星bid 2个房间，$45接受，不过是一个biddingfortrav
el上没有列出来的Red roof inn,地点在Secaucus距离纽约最远的地方。这样我就比较郁
闷了，看到网上的评论说这个inn也不怎么样，房间里连个咖啡壶都没有，好像进城交通
也不是很方便。
不知道这里有没有人住过这个hotel，到底怎么样呢？第一次去纽约玩，没想到住宿是这
么头疼的一个问题。有老人孩子，不想走太远的路。如果开车到Path station,那边有便
宜停车的地方吗？
通过这次的经验得到2个教训，地区一定要选好，不能乱挑根本不想去住的地方，这样就
要提前几天bid，每天试一下。还有就是在pricelin |

反正bid了，就要有准备不是拿到你想要的，注意每个zone的范围，看看是不是你能接

先把价格写好，之后唐的部分都是东看西看攻略的感想和自己bid的过程，懒的看的直
接跳到最后就好

岛，而且它有laundry。想洗干净衣服去别的岛。
可以加22免费bid一次，我傻乎乎加了，自然就中了（没见过这种系统提示，我真是比
较傻。提醒大家千万别加）。第二次降到110又中了。然后从95bid到125，竟然没中。
结果把resort改成3星半，上了一个95，然后嫌麻烦跳到105，结果就中了，一看竟然仍
然是它。所以提醒大家，如果要Lahaina附近的resort，直接开3星半好了。因为后来看
了看，3星半也就它一家。
