中国在流经西藏高原的八大河流积极建造大坝，已引起从巴基斯坦到越南诸多亚洲国家的批评，甚至咒骂，更成为中国与印度的主要争执点。某些分析家担心将来可能引发「水战」，但可能性不大，因为中国的某些邻国也在建造引起争议的水坝，「太大声」批评中国恐遭「伪善」之讥。
中国兴建大坝可能让位于河流下游某些邻国沿河地区淹水，象是印度东北部喜马拉雅峡谷河岸的村庄，泰国北部湄公河岸沿河地区。亚洲国家批评中国加速建坝，基本原因在于：可能引发自然灾难、使脆弱的生态更加恶化、把重要的水资源引走。

是同意的，因为骑兵少，但是相对的人数劣势没有步兵的优势大，所以要密集兵力在中
部强突，边路的骑兵拖住努米迪亚和高卢骑兵，以时间换时间，就赌我人数和质量占绝
对优势的步兵在中路可以在你包抄之前把你打爆，因为侧翼包抄本来就不是罗马军队的
强项，事实上几万人的大部队，在哪个时代的技术条件，包抄穿插难度太高了。采用密
集阵形也很好理解，就是加强中部突击的实力，要以泰山压顶的气势从中路把迦太基这
边最弱的步兵击垮，然后在把两边的迦太基步兵吃掉，当时罗马军队的指挥官们估计谁

的贡献了。 用道家儒家重塑中国人伦道德观，
可以满足老中的精神人文需要，建立人之间
的互信互容，保护社会的稳定。
只从蒙元以后，道家道教都被
毁灭性的打击，中国正式进入近千年
中世纪。
恢复道家，才能振兴中国。
没有道家，我认为难。即使振兴了，
也不知道是振兴什么了。因为道家其实
是老中的IDENTITY。

Those instances of failure are all cases where a stronger nation tries to
invade and hold territory. In each case, the stronger nation were more
likely than not victorious on the battlefield, but with no end of war in
sight, the stronger nation lose stomach for continuing the war.
In this case, China will not attempt to take and hold territory with large
local population. The aim of war would be to destroy Vietnam navy's ability

While a significant number of citizens in Islamic or Muslim countries are
directly hostile to Europeans, Chinese are usually just after your money. It
