auction，传授以下经验。还有请有任何auction经验的人提供以下经验。谢谢！
Harrisburg Auto Auction：我一朋友认识一个黑人，那黑人又认识Auction的一些
dealer，那边Auction要dealer license的，所以那个黑人可以带我去，不过要交200刀
给Auction。这个Auction车很多，那个黑人说他很懂mechanics，可以保证挑到good
car。
Manheim Pulic Sales Central Penn:这个Auction是政府的Auction，不用dealer
license，车比较少（~50辆），但是车表面的伤很多，所以可能价格会因此降下来。如
果他和我一起去，他要收200刀。
这个黑人肯定不是骗子，不过收费比较高，不过能拿到bargain也不错。

发帖数: 8370 | 6 以前为了exposure(search within best match ),我很多都是0.99 starting bid。
现在auction FVF上去了，小物件直接bid肯定吃亏。大的的话，0.99start too risky
了。0.99 starting bid主要是为了page view。稍微看一下final sale price（我只说
C家的），就会发现$1000以上的东西，最贵的卖掉的多是BIN模式，而不是auction 模
式。不管你有多少page view，都一样。auction价格浮动太大了。真要省钱只能依靠1
bid就fullfil margin这么来。
另外以前为了多page view，我有时会以buyer fb太少为由remove他们过早的high bid
。大致是first 5 days remain <$10，象17-85这种头page view肯定过100。6th day <
100, last 5 hours < 225，最后价格才能上去。page view 越多，一般final bid 越
高。
不过现在省心了……一律直接BIN就行了。

history最后一条是Auto Auction，而且就在上周。是不是说这个是dealer上周从auto
auction上买到了这辆车，然后现在倒手卖？
其实前面的历史还算不错，05年的subaru outback，一直是第一个owner，直到最后这
个auction。没有damage和accident。本来还想买的，结果猛然发现了这个auction，于
是上来问问。
最神的是，搜了一下这哥们的电话，居然是个房地产中介，这年头房地产中介也开始做
dealer生意？还是dealer开始涉足房地产领域了？

发帖数: 8370 | 8 我个人要么列bin，要么列auction，不会两个一起搞， 不会给best offer。
那点FVF把bin price定高点就行了。
具体不细说了，总之，问题出在那个auction + bin必须 > 10%上，这导致要么你的
auction price too high ---> bin price没竞争力，要么auction price cannot
fullfil the expected margin，最后被人one bid弄走就不好了。
不过我还没卖过5位数的……4位数的也就大约$100-200的FVF differnce，丢bin price
里就行了，肯定比auction + bin模式里，那个保底的auction price + 10%要低的。 |

比如有参加auction的有两个人，一个按照1st price auction来bid，另一个按照2nd
price auction来bid，我的感觉是最后的结果（who is the winner and how much is
the payment）应该等同于两个人都按照1st price或2nd price auciton来bid的情形。
也就是说谁的true valuation高谁赢，payment都是等于2nd highest bidder's true
valuation。如果参加auction的有多人，而且有多个item，结果是否仍然是一样的呢？
这个问题可能没什么现实意义，我在网上大概找了一下居然没有什么文献，这种
auction有没有什么特定的名字？哪里能找到一些结论性的东西？

auction分很多种，红灯车，绿灯车，有保的，过保的，租车公司的车，corporate lease的车以及dealer 委托拍卖的车，甚至有很多dealer专门搞倒卖生意，从别的auction上买来，然后在另一个auction上高价卖掉
一般买绿灯车都没问题
还有auction上价格并不一定便宜，要看车况 |

最近又被Auction了一次。Carfax上没有任何事故记录。
我知道好多的accident之后的车，会被保险公司给处理掉，最后会跑到Auction去。
这种被Auction过1-2次的车，还可以考虑吗？都有其它什么可能的原因，让车被
Auction呢？

在美国从事房地产经营的七八年来，粗略估算，本人所参加过的房地产拍卖会少说也超
过一百次。趁着目前地产市场萧条，“闲着也是闲着”，不如将我经历过的趣闻趣事写

我所知道的非自愿转让（Involuntary Alienation）房地产拍卖在本州有如下几种：1.

买到没大毛病的 自然比市场上便宜个几千 买到问题很大的 只能认倒霉 不过
dealer样本空间大 只要保证能够卖出一部分auction来的车 就能盈利了
你朋友懂车 不敢碰auction的车 只能算是半懂 auction是dealer的饭碗 |

1. 假设你自己是TOYATO DEALER，有一辆LEASE 的车不付月贷款了。DEALER 把它收回
，一般DEALER是自己卖吧， 有什么原因，DEALER 要把它拿去AUCTION 呢？（如果
AUCTION 便宜，那不就没利润了？）
2. 还有什么是绿灯车，可以从CARFAX 看到车的区别吗？
3.对于出了小事故 后 BREAD LEASE 的车，有什么特别的问题吗？

觉还可以。当场要了carfax回来
查了一下，两个owner，结果发现前一个是corporate fleet，9个月开了1w6 mi，然后
通过auction卖到了第二个
owner，就是我见得那个，私人，（他说他是从dealer那里买的）开了四年半。现在总
共75k mi。
看保养似乎做得很不够？carfax有fleet和auction的话是不是碰不得的？尤其是一开始
9个月开了1w6，可是后一个
owner开了4年半才卖掉的，按理来说是不是车况还可以呢（还是说开了4年发现不大行
了再卖掉。。。）？这样的车能
不能考虑呢？还是说，这车值不值得去做一个mechanical check再作考虑呢？本人新手
，完全不懂车，求救各位，谢

政府用车Auto Auction每年一次，买车后貌似自己是first owner，政府使用这几年没有记录，查了carfax, autocheck都没有记录。在我们州我们市这两年是第一次。 本来以为就我们中部大农村的人来买车，结果碰到一个从遥远的Florid 过来的一家人买。 据她说现在经济情况不好，二手车市场很贵， 之前5，6千就能买到现在9000 trade in 价格的车。
价格不如想象的那么低，之前有经验的师兄说他过去参加的，6，7千能拿下呢。。结果头几辆起价就比NADA average trade in 贵， 我们都想立刻转身离开，还好前几辆车群情激奋，买的比较痛快 。KBB good trade in: 9500,

这段时间对foreclosure auction 的某一个房子挺感兴趣，位置对我们很合适，房子外
表看着不错，挺新的，趴在窗口看了一下，没有看见什么破坏的东西，社区也好。
目前知道foreclosure auction 的情况是，拍完一个月以后才可以进去，预先要交10%
的押金等，应该也可以承受。
目前最关心的问题是，交了房子钱，还有没有其他要交钱的地方。比如，上面有没有
lien，在foreclosure的时候，是不是这些lien就自动去掉了？
另外，有人建议请个律师，但不知道这种情况下，律师起什么作用。
不知道有谁对foreclosure auction的房子有了解，能不能说一说注意事项等。 |

刚看到本地报纸， GSA Government Vehicle AuctionMay 6th
里面有个100两车， Sedan 十几辆，SUV不少， 主要是 Dorge Straus, Chv IMPALA,
一辆Malibu, 两辆 Pontiac G6...都是2006年左右或更新的车。

3. 这几个车，除了Malibu貌似板上评论不错，其他有可以考虑的么。。Impala拖拉机
似乎应该抛弃了？

exotic sale看看就知道了
每次拍卖2-3千辆lease刚到期或者快到期的豪华车，要是赶上某个牌子的大dealer参加
，一个车型就有上百辆，比如奔驰E350,一次有2百辆也不稀奇，大部分都还有半年左右
的warranty。你能说里面没有一辆值得买的。
另外dealer那里的二手车相当一部分都是auction上换来的，包括一些大dealer，他们
买回来加上CPO再卖。利润很大的。

1.试试看除了carfax之外的记录，一般来说完全干净记录的很少进入auction的，除非
是上任车主欠债。另外一种可能是最近才出的事故还没有来得及update
2.价格比kbb good差价多少，如果低的很多要慎重。
3.如果这家dealer一直是做这类auction 车的，相对放心，你可以去dealer实地看一下
，一般这种dealer会盯着某几个牌子的auction车买，如果店里什么车都有，要小心。
4.另外这种车dealer一般这种车薄利多销，侃不下什么价格的。如果dealer offer能侃
很多价格要小心。 |

轮胎和灯泡的寿命有点短？
2016年7月份说Vehicle sold at auction
7月底： Offered for sale as anL/CERTIFIED BY LEXUS vehicle
10月： Listed as a dealer vehicle，Vehicle sold at auction
10月底： Wheel(s) repaired （wheel一般有什么问题？）
现在是42k milage标价29k。
请问一下这个auction一般是怎么回事的？ 这个车价位值不值得考虑？
CERTIFIED BY LEXUS是不是就是算是CPO，应该有warranty？
大家觉得大概多少价位比较合适？
2013年的lexus 新车的时候有什么option和MSRP哪里能查到吗？

Just like buying a house from eBay? The buyers in interest will
have to go to that house and see everything anyway, so it would
be convenient for them if the auction is at the spot.
The REO thing makes sense if there are too few buyers for each
house, so a 400-house auction still won't be too crowded. Otherwise
independent auctions will be much more efficient. Imagine if you
are a buyer of house #400, and you have to sit through a |
