我卖了一个 in the money call （个股） 被提前3天 assign了
虽然我知道 美国option 有early assignment，但是我还从来没遇到这个事，这是第一
次。call 被 assign了没什么，但这让我觉得要调整一下我卖 spy 的 strategy
我目前经常卖 spy put，而且有leverage，一般不会超过2倍。所谓2倍，我指的是 我
账号的钱的两倍才能按照我卖的strike price买回spy。注意，我账号里还有其他股票
，也就是说不是我cash的两倍，而是我账号的两倍。 也不知道这样定义的2倍是不是合
理，大牛评论一下。这种leverage 不算大，况且我卖的都是 deep out of the money
put，所以我不是太担心。
卖spy的put 我不担心浮亏，但我担心 early assign。假设spy 大跌，我持有 很多put
，我不能让 这些put都被 early assign了，这样我没那么多钱cover
问题
1）卖spx 是否完全解决问题

约都约了就去问问AP卡吧。然后问出来case昨天被assign。
前两个月天天盼着被assign他就是不assign，最近想明白了与其被奇葩RFE活着
interview,还不如不assign，就拿着EAD AP等下次current好了，结果居然assign了。
真是怕什么来什么。
另外吐槽这个name check,两个都不是俗名，结果bc做了两个月，可见名字俗不俗根本
没关系，人品才是王道！ |

我觉得你的老师速度太快。我娃六岁直接开始private lesson，拉suzuki，开始一周一
首，半小时。七岁开始45min,一长一短两首曲子加scale，每次老师都是让孩子都拉会
了才过的，我知道有的孩子一个月才过一首，因为练习不够，我觉得练习不是为了拉更
多的曲子，而是技巧的提高，因此每首曲子都有练习的意义，如果重复练习很多一个难
度的曲子，没什么意义。
现在我们搬了家，找了一个非常好的老师，自己是音乐学院的教授，曾经从师世界级大
师。目前才上两堂课，她的课是这样的：她看了我娃拉了一下，说我娃finger力度不够
，给了finger练习。另外scale不是单纯练，是跳着练，又从长很多piece里剪出几个段
落来练，我觉得这几个段落风格都不同，但是和scale密切相关。个人觉得suzuki要花
俏很多，但是她给的段落我娃能拉，却老说难。不是很多符号难，觉得notes跳跃大，
音要求准，当然钢琴不存着这个音准问题。而且她要求孩子完全凭耳朵来练，手按下去
就是准的，要求也挺高的。姿势上她纠正了四点，我娃的很多毛病一下子就改过来了。

就少赚好几千呀。低于strike price的call也被assign还是第一次遇到，看来夜路走多

2017.12.18 - SR回复 in line to be reviewed by an officer
2018.1.11 - Tier1 电话 800-375-5283， 1-2-2-2， 头回打没经验，下午打的，没有
转tier2， 但是帮忙又file了一个SR.
2018.1.16 - congressman回复 was assigned to an officer on 2017.12.20.
SR回复之后两天就assign office，好像SR催绿有点用，不知道是不是错觉。
请教两个小白问题 -
1. assign officer是不是说明BC已经clear？
2. 一般assign officer到收到RFE需要多久（体检已过期）？

俺家7岁娃上private lesson（每次30分钟）一年了。之前上过几年group lessons，4
，5个孩子一起唱唱跳跳或者弹钢琴接力什么的。一个星期挺多一个短短的曲子，老师
从手指放哪里，哪几个小节是类似的开始介绍，她很喜欢。
上二年级后，很多孩子都转private lessons了，孩子们的其它课后活动也导致4人一起
的group lesson很难安排，所以没有group lesson了，我们也就转了private lesson。
刚开始老师只用Piano Adventure（现在level 1快弹完了）。后来，老师渐渐加了许多
其它的书，比如Melody Bober的Gand Solos for Piano (book 1 刚弹完），John
Robert Poe的Pedal Pushers, 还有三四本其它的乐谱及Scale, Theory等。
每星期老师给的assignment有3－5个new pieces，完全靠自己看几号手指弹哪里，哪里

assigned的。我short的时候option的价格明显已经体现出来了dividend。我觉得唯一
可能出现 arbitrage的地方就应该是dividend实际金额跟预测的不一样吧,否则我认为

今天早上去infopass，遇到个比较干练的亚裔妹子，要了140 & 485 receipt，
查了一会儿告诉我assigned to officer, 说60天之内出结果。我追问什么时候
assigned，她说是昨天。
因为我在那个appointment confirmation 的那张纸上写了我想问的问题，包括
background check, name check, security check etc。她说assigned to officer
means all these checks were done and she saw no issues.

which means that your case will not be assigned to an adjudicator until your
BC is clear.
the other theory is that only after your case is assigned to an adjudicator,
the adjudicator will start your BC process by working with counterparties
in FBI.
we need more evidence to find out which theory works in which service center.

的学校不好的话，可以自己申请到其他的学校，这样只是没有校车，要自己开车送去。
如果这样的话，是不是就不用多考虑学区的问题（即分配给你地址的学校的好坏），只
要家附近有好的学校就可以了？
譬如说，一个在好的zip code，但学校是8分；一个是一般的zip code,但附近很近的学
校是9分，可以通过申请，re-assign到这个好的学校。

长的waiting list，而且要人家学校有位置才有可能排上。也就是说有可能你去申请，

，不过还是想继续申请着，万一以后想回来还有个退路。公司律师说，只要外派属于

以继续。
可是这个international assignment怎么定义呢？美国发工资？不敢多问律师，因为律
师说有更多问题要通知老板。但是目前还不想让直接老板知道。
