发帖数: 8950 | 3 你要是冲学区去的，那只要现在小孩开始上小学了，可以放心买20878的房子。新高中
短期内运行不起来。要是小孩还小，等到小孩长大，是否能上WOOTTON HS，现在没人知
道。
因为学区划分的问题一直是个悬而未决的问题，我觉的20878的房价已经COUNT IN进去
一大部分了。如果真要是换了新高中，房价还会受些影响，但应该不会大幅下降的，毕
竟新高中的生源有一部分是20878的。

原来想写在BLOG里，看到有人在讨论这个问题，先贴在这里吧。
20878的学区重划问题已经提了好几年了。主要原因是在I-270 EXIT 9，也就是RIO那里
要新建一个高中。现在，有两种可能，一是把WOOTTON HS和QUINCE ORCHARD HS划一部
分过去，另一种是再加上GAITHERSBURG HS的一部分。如果是第一种情况，对20878的影
响应该小一些，如果是后一种情况，影响要到大许多。
WOOTTON HS的哪一部分会被划呢？在SCHOOL BOARD做出决定之前，没有人可以给出确定
的答案。但一般认为，STONE MILL ES，TRIVILAH ES，DUFIEF ES被划走的可能性最大。
从时间上来说，新HS会在4-12年内开始运转。按规划，HS应该是新区最后一个建成的，
